Why most students choose Full Support

Because arrival is the part students worry about most. Full Support means the setup is already in place before they land.

Accommodation, scooter rental, licence fees, and living costs are paid separately. Full Support covers guidance, coordination, and arrangement support.

    How matching works

You apply free. We handle the matching. You only pay once you're matched.

    Quick answers

    01

    When do I pay?

You apply for free and only decide once you have a placement match you're happy with. No payment is requested until you've reviewed the placement and want to move forward.

    02

    How long does matching take?

Most students receive an initial placement match within 2 to 4 weeks of their intro call. The exact timeline depends on your field, destination, and how soon your placement period starts. We give an honest estimate on the call.

    03

    What happens after I pay?

Once you confirm the match and pay the program fee, we move into pre-departure mode: visa guidance, housing coordination, arrival planning, and a full pre-departure briefing before you fly.

    04

What if I'm not placed straight away?

Matching timelines vary by field and timing. If there isn't an immediate fit, we continue working on it and stay in contact. We don't disappear between conversations.

    05

Are housing and scooter costs included?

No. We can help arrange them (Full Support tier), but rent and scooter rental are paid separately in-destination.

    06

Can I upgrade to Full Support later?

Usually yes, depending on timing and availability. Deciding early helps ensure arrival logistics are sorted before you fly.
