These tracks are not abstract labels. Each one is a field we place into, and each covers the specific roles we place students into with host companies in Bali and Sri Lanka.

How students choose

The right track is usually about three things.

The kind of work you want to talk about later.

Think about the stories you want for interviews, CV lines, and future applications. The strongest track is usually the one that produces the clearest proof.

The team environment you want around you.

Some students want startup pace and founder exposure. Others want hospitality systems, guest experience, or a more operational rhythm day to day.

The direction you want after the internship.

If you already know what you want next, we can match around it. If you are still narrowing it down, the quiz and intro call help clarify the best route.
