Question 1

Is this specifically for students who need to complete a required internship?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Almost every student who comes to us has a mandatory internship requirement. That is exactly what the program is designed for.

Question 2

Can an internship in Bali count for university credit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Host companies provide an official internship agreement, a named supervisor, and the documentation universities ask for. We help students prepare the paperwork before they send it to their coordinator.

Question 3

Can I afford doing my internship abroad?

Accepted Answer

For most students, no. Monthly living costs in Bali run €440 to €630, which is often less than rent alone in major European cities.

Question 4

What does the program fee cover and how much is it?

Accepted Answer

You apply for free and only pay once you are matched. Essentials covers placement, documents, and support. Full Support adds airport pickup and coordination of accommodation, scooter rental, SIM card, and orientation; rent and scooter rental are paid separately.

Question 5

Do I need to cold email companies myself?

Accepted Answer

No cold emailing required. We handle the matching.

Question 6

Is housing included in the program?

Accepted Answer

Full Support includes housing coordination, while Essentials students arrange housing themselves with guidance available. Rent is paid separately in destination and is factored into the monthly living estimate.

Question 7

Are internships in Bali paid?

Accepted Answer

No. The value is the placement, the credits, and the work you can point to after.

Question 8

Is Bali safe to live in as a student?

Accepted Answer

Bali is a well-established destination for students, remote workers, and international communities. The most common challenges are practical rather than dramatic — and students are prepared properly before departure.

Question 9

How long are the internships?

Accepted Answer

Most internships run for 3 to 6 months, which aligns with standard university internship requirements. The minimum is usually 10 weeks.

Question 10

Do I need a visa?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The exact route depends on your passport and length of stay. We guide students through the right visa option and timeline before departure.

Question 11

What if something goes wrong during my stay?

Accepted Answer

You have a local support contact and clear emergency guidance before you arrive. If there is a problem with the placement, housing, or anything else, we help you work through the next step — you are not dealing with it alone.
